LOT of 30 Vintage 5 1/4 inch floppy disks
WITH STORAGE CASE.
These belonged to my father, who was an electrical engineer for 50 years, and one of the first computer users in our state. I no longer have a 5 1/4 inch floppy drive, but I couldn't bear to just toss these away. I'm hoping someone can get some use out of them, for rewriting, research, or just plain nostalgia. I can't vouch for the data, but they were stored in a cool closet, away from other equipment, so I'd say there's a pretty good chance of it being intact. Some of the envelopes were labelled in pencil, which has faded and doesn't photograph well, some aren't labelled at all. Manufacturers include Xerox, 3m, Verbatim, Kodak, BASF, Maxell, etc.

(I have received only 2 negative ratings, from items listed a couple of days before my mother's death. I was hundreds of miles from home when they sold, and could not ship. I contacted both sellers as soon as I could, apologized, and refunded their entire purchase price.)

NOTE: Cleaning some antiques-- like coins or bronze sculptures-- can reduce or completely destroy their value. Antique appraisers will tell you that condition and patina help differentiate the real from the fake, as well as providing clues to the item's history or use, so in general, I'll dust, but I DON'T CLEAN! (Hah! the exact opposite of what I do at home!) I figure you know better than I do what to do with your treasures.
